Rap Products International (Pty) Ltd and Crystal Pack are packaging companies that services several markets, but is mainly focused on the Cosmetic Industry. Rap produces products for several sectors using numerous packaging technologies.

Blow Moulding
Producing bottles in various materials:
HDPE in bottle sizes between 50ml to 1Lt, mainly for higher volume toiletries and hair care products.
LDPE for smaller containers which need to be soft and manageable.
PETG for cosmetic high value products from 50ml to 500ml.
Co-polyester for the high value products which require just the added jest in 50ml to 500ml.
PP for products that need to have a rigid bottle mainly for sleeving, produced from 50ml to 1Lt.
Above bottles are produced in a multitude of shapes that will satisfy most marketeers.

Injection Moulding
Producing components mainly for our atomising pump division to be able to produce personalised pumps. Produce all closures for our large range of bottles and also produce jars to add and compliment our bottles.

Pumps
Atomising and Dispensing pumps are assembled at the Rap factory under license to Emsar of Italy.
Central components are imported from Italy and personalised in South Africa. We provide pumps for the Toiletries, Cosmetic and Perfume Industry and have a vast range of pumps.

Triggers
Triggers are imported from two Italian manufacturers for the Household and Cleaning Industry.

Glass Products
Rap has started producing their own moulds in their own designs for the Perfumery Industry which are manufactured for Rap in Brazil. We also import Italian glass from several Italian manufacturers.

Decoration
All decoration that Rap undertakes is outsourced to Bottle Printers and Cosmetic Glass, we merely keep control of the process.

Shrink Wrapping
This is an expanding decoration process which has also been undertaken via Bottle Printers.
